Zero Balancing can be a part of your physical therapy. We use ZB to provide relief from a variety of conditions such as low back pain, headaches, TMJ pain, as well as many other conditions. Zero balancing is performed by using fulcrums or pressure with a client lying on a table fully clothed. It should feel good or hurt good. Core I and Core II combine to create the complete Zero Balancing Core program. ZB Core I introduces the intellectual and practical framework of Zero Balancing. You will learn the theory and principles of ZB, how to distinguish body energy and body structure through touch, as well as the basic Zero Balancing protocol. ZB Core II is the second half of the Core Zero Balancing program in which students review the material from ZB I while learning new fulcrums and expanding their understanding of how and why Zero Balancing is so effective.
Freely Moveable Joints is an advanced level Zero Balancing course that expands the focus of Zero Balancing from the foundation and semi-foundation joints of the body to include the freely moveable joints of the body.
