What does a session entail?

Each one-on-one session of physical therapy lasts one hour. Please wear comfortable clothing. A detailed medical history will be taken, followed by an evaluation. During your tailored evaluation, an assessment of your posture, your mobility, strength, balance and coordination may all be assessed. An individualized treatment plan to suit your needs will be created.

How long will I be in PT?

It varies with each individual; length of treatment will be discussed during your first visit.

Will my insurance cover PT?
